CEO'S OUTLOOK

Ramadan is a celebration of a faith known for great diversity and racial equality – Barack Obama!

In the wake of hostilities all over, where powers are making each other go on hands and knees, mankind
needs prospects filled with hope and tranquility. The month of Ramadan was bestowed upon humanity in
order to reflect on some undesirable actions leading to harm and despair. The goal of Ramadan is not only
to starve of hunger throughout the day but also to starve one’s mind and soul from evil and eventually
transform a man to become morally fit to live in a society. Eid is a fruit of all the moral values gathered
through the month of Ramadan. It is the day of festivity to boast all the good conducts achieved throughout
the month.

It is a leader’s duty to retain such values in order to bring about Eid like atmosphere in a country,
community or a corporate. A lot can be learned from Eid as it calls for a celebration only after giving up all
the wicked activities in the society. It is the need of hour to adopt and practice such festive values in a
corporate setting, and to align its vision and goals with the values of people to benefit our society as a
whole.
