Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It
affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle
stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every
stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
Our actions have to reflect in a way that elevates our quality of living both
mentally and physically. Any action that is detrimental to our well being needs
to be kept at bay.
A happy mind is what helps us to move ahead in life. A sad mind eats you up
internally and results in issues that may make you detached from life.
Be optimistic, happy and keep growing!!
