CEO'S OUTLOOK

MR. RAVI VARRIER- CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The world has been hard hit by COVID-19 in the 6 months. With businesses and livelihoods under threats of existence,
we have braved so much working hard and working smart, struggling and striving.

In this time, a ray of hope arrives, a glimmer that reinvigorates belief that we can get back to the heights that were
traversed earlier. Eid-Al-Adha falls from 31st July this year and is considered the holiest of the Islamic observances.

The benevolence of Eid is my message for this month.

While Zakat is a common practice for Muslims (2.5% of your income goes for charity), Eid-al Adha reminds us of
prayers, piousness, charity and benevolence with 1/3rd of the sacrificial lamb given to the poor.

Throughout this year or until the world, its businesses and people can stand on their feet, I urge you all to practice
benevolence. if you can help, help those who cannot help themselves, donate to the poor and feed the poor. At least till
the pandemic is over, and till businesses are back on track, make donations to the deserving a part of your life.

Let the benevolence and graciousness and prayers of Eid be upon you and through you, upon others.
