CEO'S OUTLOOK
Excellence is not a skill, it is an attitude. ~ Ralph Marston
Most men are raised to become perfect at everything. They are majorly influenced by environmental impacts
which play a big role in shaping them. Perfectionists are taught or nurtured in the manner of improving their
actions until they are flawless. Being flawless is an expression which can be debated for hours.
Flawlessness is a term which is more of an approach than a quality, the approach of having right attitude
and mindset to hold high standards of everything. I support a school of thought which says that one can
have several flaws and at the same time, by having right attitude and mindset of possessing high standards,
he can become a man of excellence.
We are in a generation where people are striving to finish a course of action given in a company or college
or any organized setting or society. But actions are often finished yet not completed. They can only be
completed with right standard of approach required by a client. This is where people need excellence rather
than perfection. It is rather a necessity than an option to learn skills like, but not limited to time management,
teamwork and effective communication. This will not only benefit in obtaining these high standards, but also
improve the understanding of how one can attain excellence in achieving personal as well as organizational
goals.
