CEO'S OUTLOOK

MR. RAVI VARRIER- CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

“A renewed and Pandemic cleansed Earth will emerge, like the Sun after rain.”

The air we breathe now is more than 60% cleaner than what we used to breathe stated the World Health
Organization. Some problems are tricky and at times it turns out to be somewhat beneficial too just like
Corona Virus. A life threat an untreatable disease Covid-19 that has shaken up the entire globe, ceased the
people from life race, sent umpteen people to unwakeable sleep, brought poor even below poverty line,
does aid the nature to make it greener, cleaner and breathable.

Due to worldwide lock-down, there is some slashing greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution around the
world. If there is something positive to take from this terrible crisis, it could be that it’s offered a taste of the
air we might breathe in a low-carbon future. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that about 3
million people die each year from ailments caused by air pollution, and that more than 80% of people
living in urban areas are exposed to air quality levels that exceed safe limits.

This pandemic could show us how the future might look with less air pollution. It should challenge
governments and businesses to consider how things can be done differently after the pandemic, to hold on
to temporary improvements in air quality. It is the responsibility of all of us now to help the government to
control the spread of COVID-19 and after that contribute our bit to control the air pollution.

Because the “The world is ours, its problems are ours.”

Lastly, A warm wishes for the holy month of Ramadan, may all our good deeds and prayers gets accepted.
Fast, Pray, Stay home, Stay safe!
