CEO'S OUTLOOK
MR. RAVI VARRIER- CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Wishing you all a Happy and Blessed New Year!
In the new year, I would like to stress upon the importance of shunning negativity in your life and having gratitude.
Gratitude to what you had and have will doubled the possessions and happiness.
While introspecting, I exude my profound gratitude for all the opportunities provided and the benevolence rained upon me.
There is nothing constant except change and am still learning, this being a life time process.
Every person stepping in this world, go ahead with the attitude to adapt a change in every changing circumstance.
I wouldn't want to burden myself with something that happened for 10 of the 86400 seconds of my day and I hope you too
draw positive vibes from the world around you instead of cribbing over a lost moment. Time is the most valuable thing a
man can spend. Lost time is lost. Making up for lost time is a gone game and I urge you to make most out of your awake
moments.
After all, no one can wield the magic wand with such laudable dexterity, compassion
and firmness as you. This is an earnest perception by me, of you.
Just remembered, the discipline of gratitude is the explicit effort to acknowledge that all
I am and have is given to me as a gift of learning constantly and changing with the
situation.
Stay happy, stay safe, stay blessed!
A NEW YEAR'S MESSAGE
MR. PRADEEP MENON- CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Everything that exists in the physical universe is the subject to the laws of change. Our physical bodies, our health, each
one of our relationships, careers, jobs, financial status will eventually come to an end. Every problem, adverse
circumstance or challenge you’re currently facing and feeling worried or stressed about will eventually lapse. So what is the
point in fretting or getting tensed about it?
Instead, what if you could re-direct your creative fire towards becoming the kind of person who would naturally overcome
such problems or experience the total opposite of what you’re currently experiencing.
Cheers to a happier new year and for another chance to get things right.
