The world post COVID-19 will be a startling revelation for us. Despite the surmounting toll of COVID, businesses and
countries are opening albeit with restrictions. The world as we see it cannot remain closed forever till the virus
disappears. Shops should open for the economic cycle to happen. Your business should open for our business to
sustain- and we spend the money at your businesses so that all of us and the economic cycle thrives. One hit on the
supply chain makes the whole cycle suffer- this results in job losses, business closures etc. However, ample
precautions must be taken for safeguarding the staff as well as the clients so that no exposure is there. One small
mistake can cost you the business, health and even lives.

The world is evolving fast. With COVID-19 spreading, evolution is coming sooner than later. We need to change to suit
the changing global trends. Working in an office was once the norm in our industry. Then the backend operations
began, now the work from home trend has caught up with our industry too, despite it being forced on by the
circumstances. In these trying times, the market is volatile. We are here to make every moment of work count. Every
penny of business possible is to be realized. Understand what the industry means and try to improvise on every aspect.

Adapt or perish is now the new norm. Post-COVID world will see a lot of changes- automation being an imminent one.
40% of jobs in the world can be done using AI, which soon shall be available at the fingertips, easily accessible and
affordable like SaaS and other enterprise software. Do you want to be in the remaining 60% is the thought that I leave
you with.
