CEO'S OUTLOOK

An organization comprises of many varied elements that are crucial in safeguarding organizational
objectives. Similarly Success of an organisation is a blend of many ingredients however HUMAN
FACTOR will always remain as a paramount element. When myriads of people are involved in

achieving a common goal, its obvious there would be agreements, disagreements, arguments,
conflict, and lots of brainstorming discussions. Let us not get bleary by analysing the cause of
conflicts.

I have noticed many of the disagreements in the office space is usually to prove the notion of “ I
AM RIGHT ” Our culture has moulded everyone to regard being wrong or making an error as
inexplicably bizarre, rare, shameful, idiotic, and a worst nightmare, making us cringe in our seats.

Every Right Step is the result of many wrong steps taken in the past so let us not look at errors as
an embarrassment and let us thereby invite knowledge from making mistakes and being wrong.
Focus and divert your energy and time on learning from the errors rather than wasting valuable
time on patching up an error for the sake of proclaiming yourself as Mr. Right.
