As I think of the beginning of my career, a few thoughts come to my mind.
The progress we have come across Me and the others, during the day struggled really
hard to ensure new and varied work, principals and projects came our way. I wish to
see growth and growth only. Now, we are a huge family spread across the borders. I
want to see our family grow bigger and better. Bigger not only by quantity but also by
quality.

During the testing times the camaraderie and bond with the colleagues helps to sail
through it. Ego and politics do not work in the corporate world. There is no I in team. If

we think of ‘us’ nstead of ‘I’, all of us will exponentially grow. Organization will thrive
with the meticulous efforts of its quality people.
Be professional in your conduct, follow compliance, proper customer service, and only
one intention is to GROW.

Every hurdle brings along an opportunity to grow or to fail.
