Leadership!

No one can disagree with this statement of Leadership. A true leader is someone that doesn’t concern about having
any followers, their actions itself grab the eye balls and oblige them to become the followers. Al-Rashed is renowned to
make leaders, someone who leads, shows the path and at the time of rewards, puts the team in foreground. Umpteen
freshers joined us and are progressing to pinnacles of success in their career. A real leader is the one who understands
the significance of team work and A dynamic leader with long expiry date always possess the most of the below
mentioned qualities:

Adapt Changes: They say the only constant thing is the “Change”. People that are rigid to mould themselves with the
time, will either lay behind or lose easily in life's race. Every day brings a change with itself, if we can’t control or amend
anything that exactly is the change universe offering us, may be in the form of blessings or otherwise. Accepting and
adapting a change will make a leader more relevant in the time they exist, make him/her more pragmatic than others,
and those leaders will be in a better position to take on the challenges.

Cultural Acceptance: The world has become the smaller place, we are in a phase where everything is globalized. A
leader is one accepting the culture difference, embracing it and willingly to trade with them.

Not a People Pleaser: Not always the situation will be hunky dory. In times of challenges a real leader stands firm on
its ground instead of being a people pleaser. They say it’s better to be honest than be in a good books of dishonest
rich.

Make Mistakes : No one in this world born perfect or know everything before they did it for the first time. Sometimes it’s
okay to make mistake and learn from the experiences. Leadership teaches this lesson very well a real leader never
afraid to fail and win from their mistake.
